Flavor is delicious. Really helps curb your appetite for sweets at night as well. Doesn’t always help right away to get sleepy but my first time trying this product I slept like a BABY, best sleep in years. And it worked well for months after. It won’t always make you tired and you may need to up the dose to 2x a day to get the nightly benefit, which is in the directions. But it is a staple for me to trust and is tried and true. It’s nice to sip on for anxiety as well. Will aid in more visual dreams too!
