Unfortunately the amount of zinc that is in the packs makes me feel nauseous. I didn’t realize the milligrams until after the purchase. I stopped taking the supplements because of this.

Daily Supplements

Taking these supplements daily has me feeling much better throughout the day and sleeping better at night. These were certainly items I was missing in my diet and didn't realize it until I did some research and started taking them. The packaging makes it easy to remember to take these morning and night and its nice to be able to throw them in a bag without having to bring a full bottle along with me.
