These sweet potato brownies are seriously the easiest ever, and not to mention super delicious and healthy. The sweet potato takes the place of flour in this recipe, and also makes these brownies super moist (I am really not a fan of that word but this is a baking recipe so unfortunately no other word really conveys the deliciousness of these brownies).

I have been a month in to my supplements and tri-mag.
The adrenal supplement has truly helped with my anxiety and fight or flight mode.
I can handle my anxious moments easier and don't feel the huge impact inside my body. I have felt more grounded in myself.
The tri mag is a MUST HAVE! I fall into a deep sleep every night. I wake up feeling very rested. If I do wake up in the middle of the night, I go back to sleep fast and back into that deep sleep. My brain feels more focused and overall just feel more energetic.
