Sleeping like a baby

Since I’ve been taking this supplement, I sleep all night, don’t wake in the middle of the night and feel refreshed when I get up.

Sleep vastly improved.

The night I started Empirica, I slept through to the morning. Best sleep in years. I do not have any trouble with bowels so that change is a little disturbing but I am working through it. I would still recommend Empirica.
