Studies show that more than 75% of people are chronically low in magnesium — and most magnesium supplements never reach the brain. Tri-Mag changes that. It combines three clinically researched, highly bioavailable forms of magnesium specifically selected for what each one does best.

• Magnesium L-threonate is the only form of magnesium proven in studies to cross the blood-brain barrier, raising brain magnesium levels and supporting neural synapse density. In a double-blind human clinical trial (Liu et al., 2015), participants taking l-threonate demonstrated measurably reduced cognitive decline after just 12 weeks — the average measured brain age dropped by over 9 years!
• Magnesium Malate supports cellular energy production and muscle recovery.
• Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate Chelate is one of the most absorbable forms available and is particularly gentle on the digestive system.

Taken together, this triple-form formula addresses magnesium insufficiency throughout the body and the brain — supporting memory, focus, stress resilience, restful sleep, and muscle recovery in a single daily scoop.

Magnesium L-Threonate | 1 g: The only form of magnesium shown to cross the blood-brain barrier — your brain's protective filter — so it can actually reach and nourish brain cells. Developed through 10 years of research at MIT and studied for memory, focus, stress resilience, and sleep.*

Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate: One of the gentlest, most absorbable forms of magnesium. It's bound to amino acids, which makes it easy on your stomach and readily put to use by your muscles, bones, and heart.*

Di-Magnesium Malate: Magnesium paired with malic acid — a compound your cells use to make energy. Supports steady daytime energy, muscle recovery, and deeper, more restful sleep.*

Total Magnesium | 200 mg (48% DV): Across all three forms — chosen because most people don't get enough magnesium from food alone, and most supplements use cheap forms the body can barely absorb. This isn't one of them.*

Other Ingredients: Citric acid, malic acid, natural flavors, stevia leaf extract, and natural berry extract (for color).

Free From: Wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, animal/dairy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, GMOs, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.

How long does it take to feel a difference?
Most people notice improved sleep quality within the first 1–2 weeks of consistent use. Cognitive benefits — clearer focus, reduced brain fog — typically build over 4–6 weeks as brain magnesium levels rise. Magnesium is a foundational mineral, not a stimulant; the mechanism is cumulative. Consistency matters more than the size of the first dose.

I've taken magnesium before and didn't notice anything. Why would this be different?
Because what you took probably didn't get where it needed to go. Magnesium oxide — the most common form in mass-market supplements — has roughly 4% absorption. Most of it exits the body without being used. Even better forms like citrate or standard glycinate only reach certain tissues; none of them cross the blood-brain barrier. So if your symptoms were cognitive — brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety that lives in your body — a standard magnesium supplement was never formulated to address them in the first place. Tri-Mag uses three forms specifically chosen for where they deliver: brain, nervous system, and cellular energy. The previous supplement didn't fail because magnesium doesn't work. It failed because the form couldn't arrive.

What's the dosing protocol? Do I need to build up?
Yes — a gradual approach gives your body time to adjust and helps you find your optimal dose. In week one, dissolve one scoop in 4oz of water, once daily before dinner or bedtime. From week two onward, move to two scoops daily — one mid-afternoon, one before bed — for full brain and body support. Adjust the water amount to your taste preference.

Is Tri-Mag third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab— ABC testing and Alkemist Labs— for heavy metals, purity, and potency. Certificates of analysis are accessible by lot number. We tell you who tested it and what they tested for, because "third-party tested" without those details isn't transparency — it's marketing.

Does it contain stevia? What does it taste like?
Yes, Tri-Mag is sweetened with stevia leaf extract and naturally flavoured. The mixed berry flavour is light and not overly sweet — a lot of customers describe it as something they actually look forward to at the end of the day. No artificial sweeteners, no artificial flavours, no MSG.
