I haven’t noticed much difference with sleep (I have chronic insomnia I’ve been dealing with for about 10 years) but it has helped tremendously with the Charlie horse spasms I used to regularly get in my feet and calves
I love this magnesium. I’ve tried several and have had the best results with this one. My sleep quality has greatly improved and I wake up feeling refreshed, rather than groggy and still tired. I’m even waking up before my alarm now, rather than hitting snooze! I thought the taste was great, much better than unflavored magnesium powders, which I have a hard time drinking. This one actually tastes good. It does require a lot of stirring, but that is typical for a magnesium powder.
I told my dad about this and now I’m ordering some for him!
I wanted to love this so much but every night when I have to take it I get a bout of anxiety over the taste. It’s too sweet/artificial sweetener tasting. I find that I still usually have a little clump in the bottom that wont quite mix & it feels gritty going down, not sure if I got a bad batch or what bc it was highly recommended to me. If it were unflavored I think it would have been a better fit for me. So bummed.
Let me just say, I didn't realize how shitty I was sleeping until I took this. Last night was the first time I used it and I slept all through the night. I can't wait to see continued results. It smelled great as soon as I opened it and the taste isn't bad either. Thank you Emily for such a great product line, I love everything I have from Empirica
First off Emily got my husband and I hooked on puori magnesium supplement for the last year or so. We loved it and trusted Emily for making such an amazing recommendation. So naturally when Emily came out with her own supplements we were excited to try them. We started with the D3 and loved it. Then I got into the vital Bs and loved those too. Recently we finished our puori and jumped to the magnesium. Sadly we both dislike it and are suffering through it just to let it not go to waste. The taste is horrible and I have to chug it like a bad shot. It’s overly sugary and stevia tasting with granular finish that lingers in your mouth. I also find it doesn’t help me sleep as well as the puori and I wake up feeling like I got no deep sleep. The stevia in it also jolts me so I have a hard time going to bed after taking it. I want to love it because I LOVE Emily and so much of what she does, but this one is a no go for now. Any thoughts or plans to do something without stevia?! Please!!!!
