Don’t sleep on lemon flavor!

Was excited to try it and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The lemon tastes like lemon candy (starburst in my opinion) and I would definitely recommend it. I’m only 3 days into using it but I do feel a little clearer in the brain.
Hope to see more results as it goes but so far so good!

Pretty happy overall

Purchased this product because I was having a hard time staying asleep during the night and was super wiped when I had my period. I’ve taken this for a week and am happy with my sleep quality. The one bad night sleep I had this week was the day I forgot to take it so it’s proving itself.

Noticeably different right away

I have heard Emily say that that you can feel it right away and thought it still would take me some time. I started taking it a week ago and from day one I can definitely tell a difference in my sleep and also in my body. It is like I have been missing magnesium all along and my body just said finally! Not a big fan of the taste but it is certainly not bad!
