My Norma suggested Digestive Complete, but when that was sold out, I bought digestive enzymes. These work find, but as soon as digestive complete becomes available again, I’ll probably go back to that.
My digestion went off the rails when I got pregnant. These digestive enzymes help keep things moving and me feeling as best I can.
I’ve tried LOTS of digestive enzymes over the last 7ish years and tbh, Em’s are worth the extra monies. they work really well and quickly! which is great. these enzymes for sure are tried and true!!
So happy to hear that!
