Wrong Form
Magnesium is not one thing. Magnesium oxide, the cheapest and most common form, is poorly absorbed and mostly passes through you. Form determines where a mineral goes in the body and whether you can use it at all. A label that only says "magnesium" tells you almost nothing.

Every formula is on the label, in full — there is no blend to hide behind. Every batch has a certificate of analysis you can request by lot number. Every ingredient has a named source and a named testing lab. Every product is free from the fillers, artificial colors, sweeteners, and preservatives that pad most products on the shelf.
