Our Story
Empirica was created by three women who walked very different paths to reach the same conclusion— our medical and food system is failing us. We were all doing everything "right—" excercising consistently, eating healthy foods, and taking the vitamins we thought we should be. But we were all suffering from the same problems— chronic fatigue, inconsistent sleep patterns and terrible digestion.
We had done the rounds. The doctors appointments, the tests, the supplements that promised everything and changed nothing. So we did our own research. Validated our own theories. And built the solutions we couldn't find in the supplement aisle.
The result? A line of products that did what they claim to— built on research we could actually trust.

We at Empirica can't accept that.
Western medicine is still working from data gathered before fifty years of soil depletion started wreaking havoc on our body — before unreasonable amounts of chemicals and toxins were sprayed into our food, our water, and the air we breathe. Our soil has changed. Our water has changed. The food grown in both changed with them.
But our medical recommendations haven't.
You can take as many supplements as you want. But if your body can't absorb them, they won't make a difference.
