A life savor!

I have tried a wide variety of supplements and herbal combinations for stress/ high cortisol and this product by far takes the cake. For a period of time, my stress levels were through the roof, extremely low DHEA, and lots of sleep and hormonal issues. This in combination with a few lifestyle changes, made a huge difference. I notice my ability to respond to stressful situations improved, my sleep quality is great, and lot of my hormonal issues subsided. I highly recommend this product to help your body combat and recover from prolonged stress.

Life changing

I’m a big fan of Emily’s and after getting to know how much care she put into her supplement line, I knew I had to try it. I slowly started integrating some basics into my routine before getting pregnant. While pregnant, I put a pause on everything put magnesium under the advisement of my doctor, but after giving birth and becoming a first time parent during a global health pandemic, during which I got laid off, and then starting an entirely new job at 4 months postpartum, I discovered that my life was entirely riddled with stress. Weekly panic attacks, constant dread and fear, utter exhaustion. My stress levels were through the roof. I finally decided to try Adrenal Relief after considering it for a while and it has no question changed my life. My anxiety is more manageable, my sleep is better, I’m just overall in such a more mentally regulated state thanks to Adrenal Relief. It’s done incredible things for me and I’m so grateful.

Sanity in an insane world

Since my consult with my Norma... she recommended a variety of supplements that I have been taking for the last 2 months. I think the partnership of each one has been wonderful for me... it’s hard to say what particular adrenal relief is providing me as I am also taking liver love, zinc and D3... but I do know my immunity is strong and my hormones feel so much more balanced. Don’t get me wrong I still have highs and lows... I am a women... but I feel better... plus my digestive tract has never felt better. I feel empty and regular. I am an essential worker and have not been sick once this entire 2020.. so that says a lot. I feel so comfortable taking these supplements even tho the shipping takes awhile because I live in Canada... because I know that Em and Empirica has put the right amount of love into them. Thank for a holistic supplements that I can trust are doing the very best for my body, mind and spirit!
