Love this!

I love taking this in the morning because it encourages me to drink an entire glass of water and it helps with sore muscles and energy fatigue. Not to mention the taste is lovely! And the purple color is beautiful. It has also helped lessen my PMS symptoms. Will be ordering more :)

I am sleeping soundly with this magnesium! 4 stars because I wish they had different flavors even thought the lemon lime one is great, it would be nice to switch it up and it doesn’t dissolve the best.

Best magnesium supplement

If you have been on the fence about purchasing this item, let this review push you over the edge! This supplement has changed my life. I sleep better, I have less brain fog and I feel calmer on a daily basis. If you have struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep, you deserve to try this! It tastes amazing. I take this supplement every night before bed with some tart cherry juice.
