Build A Box

I use supplements just as that, supplemental. I always find that Empirica has what my body needs. I love building a box, unique to me and what my body is calling for in those moments. I cannot rave enough about the custom Build-a-Boxes! I have been ordering a customized box for months now - and I absolutely love that I can change the supplements as my lifestyle changes. I recently completed a marathon, and with Em's help, I was able to adjust my supplements to ensure my body was getting everything it needed to stay healthy during the long training sessions.
